Please help find a hotel

I am looking for a low priced, decent hotel near the ft. lauderdale airport to stay at for one night after the cruise. Hopefully having something to do nearby, at least with some fast food places near by so we are not paying too much for food.

The Sleep Inn & Suites has received some good reviews. It is across the street from a shopping center with a few places to eat. I read a review from another poster that stayed here and said they walked to the beach. It was about a miles but there was sidewalk the entire way. Here is a link if you want to check rates.

The Hampton Inn south of the airport off Stirling Rd. is close to Taco Bell, McDonald's, and BK, and some discount stores. There is a movie theatre a half mile away too.

try Priceline for the Hyatt South and I think it's called the Summerfield Suites...
