Where can I locate my TA's booking?

I am a first time cuiser and I have a query which I hope someone can help me with.

I have booked a Cruise (woo hoo - Alaska 2012!) thru my Travel Agent (I am in Australia) and have paid a deposit.

I have 'logged in' to the HAL site but my booking doesn't appear.

As this is booked thru a TA, will it ever appear on the site? Is there somewhere I can enter a booking number and find it?

Also... I know that final payment is due 90 ish days out from Cruise - can you book shore excursions before this?

Sorry if these questions have been asked before - thanks

Go to the Holland America website and at the top of the page there will be a log in area for your account. If you don't have an account and password set up it is very easy to do so. Then log in to your account and go to the section for booked guests.

The first thing you should do is to complete your online registration. You will then be notified sometime after final payment that you can print out your boarding pass. You can also print out your luggage tags after you complete the registration.

Then go to the book shore excursions section. You may be required to enter a booking number. As soon as a deposit is made you may book shore excursions, order beverage cards or book Pinnacle Grill times.

After you have booked your excursions and other items you can go to "My Itinerary" and print out a detailed daily account of everything you have booked.

Let us know how you make out.

As you have already registered online and still can't find your booking I'd suggest that you double check your Mariner numbers.

We had the same problem and it transpired that we had been given Mariner numbers when we booked through the TA and another different set of numbers when we registered online with HAL.

A quick e-mail to the Mariner Society combined both numbers into the TA booking numbers and the reservation appeared.
