Monaco - Le Grand Tour

Has anyone used this HOHO bus tour in Monte Carlo? Is it easy to get to from the cruiseship terminal?

We took the HOHO bus last year. It stops very close to the pier...you can't miss it. We went around 2X.

 

We just happened to be at the palace when they changed guards. I seem to remember it was around noon; fun to watch. There's also a lot of shops and cafe's near the palace. We walked back down from the palace and oogled at at of the huge yachts in the bay. :)
