Restaurant at Pension Aito on Moorea

Has anyone eaten at the overwater restaurant located at the Pension Aito on Moorea? It appears to be next door to the Hilton and I wonder if the prices might be more reasonable. There are not a lot of options for food near the Hilton and I am trying to determine some less expensive options for some of our meals. It was mentioned in one of my guidebooks as having inconsistent service but good food so I just wondered if anyone could offer an opinion. Thanks
