ducklite Posted June 24, 2011 #1 Share Posted June 24, 2011 If you want to book the Chef's Table at Remy, you need to have a minimum and a maximum of eight people. Not seven, not nine, but eight. I wonder how often a party of eight exists? If you try and book cabana #21 on Castaway you won't find it online. It's reserved for "ship use"--they use it for weddings. If no one books it by the first day of the cruise, it becomes open to everyone else. Just thought I'd put this out there in case anyone else ever wonders... It can be done:) We did have a party of 8, but one member got sick and we were able keep the reservation for 7. You do have to give everyone's cabin number and full name when you make the reservation, so you do have to have 8 "real" people. I imagine that if you are really interested in the Chef's Table (yes, it was absolutely fabulous and I highly recommend it!) you might post it for other CC members to share a table, if you don't have a party of 8. ducklite Posted August 2, 2011 Author #4 Share Posted August 2, 2011 Thanks for the suggestion but we'll be dining there on our anniversary, so would rather skip it then share the table. If it were any other day, "the more the merrier!" :)
