Hi Fran,

 

You can find a couple links listing all the Celebrity menus in the second post of this thread; http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1427775 . There is nothing set in stone that mandates the menus will follow the same order as listed. It is up to the discretion of the Ships Officers and the Head Chef. The menus themselves will be presented as listed.

 

The formal nights will be the evenings of your two sea days, the third night and the eighth night.

 

We will be enjoying the same cruise on the same ship in August and can't wait to go.
