No tour of the island since Belize is not an island.

You can get a horse & carrige tour around Belize City. Just walk outside the gated area and you will find many available.

But do note these aren't necessarily the horse and carriage rides like in Central Park or the French Quarter. Many are really horse and open carts/wagons with seats.

Just my opinion, but Belize City is not the place to take a horse and carriage ride of the city. I don't know how to say this politely so I won't say it. Just know that it will not be like what you may be visualizing in regards to Carribean beauty. That is not to say that Beize doesn't have unique tours to offer but a city tour is not one of them.
