Jewel Sailing on July 9th

Does anyone know who the Captain & Hotel Director is on the Jewel? What about the Cruise Director and Concierge?

On my sailing, June 11th - 18th, Captain Lars was on but I cannot remember the name of the hotel director.

It was Hugo!

Hugo is the hotel director extrodinaire and the concierge is Monica. Great crew under Hugo's direction.

Ditto on Hugo. He is an excellent hotel director. Just back from my 2nd cruise with him (2 different ships) and the service is noticably different and VERY good on his ships.
