Rare teacherman Posted July 5, 2011 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2011 We are scheduled to arrive at LGA on Tuesday, July 19, at 11:00 am. We need transportation to Red Hook in Brooklyn. We would normally schedule a car service, but the on-line reviews are not very good. Should we just take a taxi, or schedule the car service, considering availability, cost, etc. Advice/info is welcome from those with experience in this area is most welcome. Thank you. Thank you. either. just have the directions with you. they are straight down the BQE towards Brooklyn and the V-n Bridge to Atlantic Avenue make a left at the end of the ramp and then the first right and follow that around to Bowne Street and make a right into the cruise terminal.... without traffic 20 minutes,,,with traffic more. With traffic the Taxi meter will continue to click away. A car service is a fixed fee...I personally use Arecibo 7187836465. You call them after you land and have your luggage. they will tell you where to meet the car and how much it will cost you...
