FAST HELP! Carnival's Colonial Tour in Manzanillo

We are leaving on Friday for Manzanillo. Carnival's Colonial Tour looks great, but we are very interested in the volcano. How much time is spent near the volcano and how well is it seen?

First, have a great time on your upcoming cruise! We just returned on March 11 and I would be more than willing to cruise South again SOON!

 

We really enjoyed our tour to Colima City and Comala. As we approached Colima City, the two volcanoes were actually covered with clouds---we could barely see the tops of the mountains. I was disappointed! However, after our visit downtown the cloud cover started to clear and when we reached La Campana (the pyramids) the view was clear! We took some wonderful pictures of the pyramids with the 2 volcanoes in the background. I loved that stop! This tour (booked through Celebrity) was one of my favorites! I hope you enjoy whatever you choose to do. I'd love to hear about your cruise and the tours you did--hope you post when you return.
