Bahia Mar Radisson in Ft. Lauderdale?

Just received Bahia Mar from priceline in November. Not my first choice, but I'm sure it will be just fine. :)

 

I'm not familiar with this hotel. Can anyone tell me how close it is to the cruiseships/port airport, restaurants, etc.

Bahia Mar is a very large yacht marina on the Intracoastal, right across from the beach, and is about 10 minutes from Port Everglades, 20 minutes from the airport. Here are both the hotel and marina's websites...

We stayed at the Bahia mar and it was just fine. Trent told you about the distances so I won't go there except that he is right. The rooms were nice and clean. They do have a restaurant there but is a little pricy. There is also a deli and we went there to get a great Cuban sandwich. Very good. They also have snacks too. If you want to a sit down restaurant take the water taxi which is based at Bahia Mar. Have a great cruise.

The Radisson is 3* beach zone, 80$ plus on the bid on priceline based on what I have it for in Dec.

Well I got this hotel for $90. Thanksgiving night, Friday and Saturday.

Using air miles only way to use them for the Jewel out on Sunday. Thought about going on the NOS but the price and everything was over 700 more than what we are playing now.

 

Any pro and cons on this hotel
