Health Insurance while in Ireland

It has just dawned on me that we will not have any health insurance (US Medicare does not cover oversees) for 3 days in Ireland. Once we arrive in Nice our insurance from the river boat takes over. What have others done?

I do not know how it works with USA insurance plans but we get trip insurance for the WHOLE trip not just the cruise portion

We do not buy from the cruise line

Maybe you can add the land portion to the existing policy

I added the 3 days in Dublin onto my trip after I purchased the river boat cruise and insurance. I looked up the site and found health insurance for 4 days to be very reasonable. Are these reliable companies? Which are the best?
