Venice debarkation from Princess

Can anyone give us an idea how long it will take to get off the ship and reach San Marco Piazza? We will be on the Ruby Princess arriving at 1:00pm and will take whatever transportation is the quickest. Any idea on whether it's Princess' shuttle or water taxi or ?? I appreciate any and all help!
