Chef's Table on the Spirit, opinions/questions

I really want to book the Chef's Table when we go on the Spirit next April but there have been a few negative comments floating around lately. I really would like to hear from those that have experienced this on the Spirit. Did you recieve your cookbook and picture afterwards and is there a reduced price if you don't drink alcohol(my husband can't drink but I enjoy the wines:))? Does the menu change or is it fixed and what do they serve? How long did it take, is there a tour of the Galley, etc? Will we have time to see a show after?

Thanks for any help you can give!
