Parking Southampton

I haves booked car parking at Southampton with CPS but my husband is unsure about the valet parking and having to leave his keys with the parking company. He has a new car!!! Has anyone had any problems with leaving their keys and is it possible for hubby to park it himself and keep his keys. MEN !

We've used CPS half a dozen times for my husband's beloved car and have never had a problem. The staff are polite and helpful, the administration side pre-cruise has always run without a hitch (a rarity these days) and I can't recommend them highly enough.

 

Last time we parked, one of the staff who had been incredibly helpful even tried to refuse a tip:eek:.

Yes, that matches my experience of the service pretty much exactly. Efficient, courteous and helpful.

Excellent, first class, professional company. We last used them two weeks ago and delivery and collection (from a different car park) was exemplary.

Because you don't always return to the same terminal you sail from.

I've been lurking on here since 2006, and have seen complaints about everything you could possibly imagine, and a few that you couldn't, but have never seen a single complaint about CPS.

CPS are 100% okay, we have used them many times, they do remove the car, it goes off to a safe compound nearby which is vetting and approved by the Police, so everything is safe.

Cruzadict - the car was moved because we left from Ocean Terminal and came back to Mayflower - no problems
