Laundry facilities on Sapphire in Alaska

Hi,

 

I am traveling next week with extended family to Alaska on Sapphire Princess from Seattle. I have read some conflicting information on the availability of the laundry rooms. Are they available during the cruise?

You should have laundry facilities until you are in Alaskan waters, such as the Inside Passage. Not sure what your itinerary is, but if the ship cannot hold enough "gray" water while in that area, they will close their laundry facilities for those days. On our 10 day from San Francisco, the laundry was closed for 3 days in a row. Open all other days.
