I just received the Oceania gift certificate for $200 in the mail from my previous cruise in May. Can you combine both the on board discount and the certificate to the future cruise? My TA said no. Just curious. The onboard discount and the $200.00 certificate are not combineable as Oceania considers the certificate part of the onboard discount. Just curious. We received the same certificate, and the accompanying letter states that if you booked on board, it has been included in the on board discount.
