I believe the two closest are:

Enterprise

2507 Government ST

Budget

757 Douglas

250-953-5300

 

Budget is a little closer, but is more expensive.

Over the years I have had excellent service from Budget in downtown Victoria. They have vans that will pick you up and return you to Ogden Point.

All of the major rental agencies have rental offices in the downtown area, mostly within a few blocks of each other
