cpinstein Posted August 4, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 4, 2011 Just noticed on Celebrity's web site that our cabin price has been reduced by $200.00 (after I factor in upgrades, shipboard credit, etc). So I called and was told it was for new bookings only. Is there any way to tell that when you check pricing on celebrity's booking site? We still have until December before final payment, so should I just wait and see if it goes down further? Or should I take the $200.00 and then cancel and rebook until final? Also, we have the family cabin next to ours on the Eclipse. Do I risk losing it by cancelling and trying to rebook the same cabin?

They haven't been putting the new cruisers only prices on the we site without marking them that I've seen. It's amazing what talking to a different customer service person can do.
