Photo book question

We purchased several photos on The Crown and we qualified for the free photo book- we just had to pay $24.95 shipping for it when completed as we live in the uk

We were told we wouild receive an email within 28 days with a link so we could put our book together online but its been over a month now and w ehave heard nothing

Have we been conned or does someone have a link or web address for us to contact please?

We did the same thing on Star Princess in November. Try Panraven.com.

I put off making my book until the last minute, but it's very easy to do. Good luck.

Maybe they wrote your email down wrong? I had received my email the day I paid for the shipping. As long as you have your receipt so you have your confirmation number, all you need to do is go to panraven. The confirmation number should be in their system.

The receipt we have has itemised items on it but no confirmation number.

As suggested, go to the Panraven website & email them for your confirmation number. My experience has been that after purchasing the book I had to return later after the info was downloaded to Panraven & then got a receipt with a confirmation number. They have quickly replied to our requests but with only 60 days to complete the 'free' 36 page book you're running out of time. You'll have to set up an account with them to access your book to personalize if if desired. Additiional pages are $1 & there is a fee for going past 60 days from purchase. We've enjoyed the 3 books we've done & hope that you will also.
