Fitness classes on Valor

Does anybody have a fitness class schedule for the Valor? I will be sailing in 2.5 weeks and wondering if I should bring my gym clothes.

 

Also, do I need to $$$ or sign up? TIA

I don't have one for Valor, but I suspect that most ships are the same. On fantasy, there was a 7:30 stretch class that was free, and then they had a Yoga class, and a Spinning class that were $12 each. On sea days they had a free ab class at either 4:30 or 5:00 (sorry i don't remember the time for sure.)
