Me and soon to be wife will be stopping in Grand Cayman as part of our Freedom of the Seas cruise. She is keen on buying some nice jewelry here.

very expensive. If your cruise also goes to St. Thomas or St. Martin you will do much better. Cayman is one of the most expensive islands for shopping and eating. Kirk is the big store but not competitive and you probably will do better at home.

We are also stopping in Falmouth, Jamaica and Cozumel. What about these two places folks

I bought a watch there some years ago and they put a fake price tag on it and then offered a discount. When I got home I found out that I paid full list price. The only thing we now buy in Jamaica is rum in the DF store at the pier. Most of the shops that claim they are DF are lying.

GC is expensive as a rule because of the exchange rate, but can still find a few deals. DW and I have found some at Kirk Freeport, a few blocks from tender area.

I agree that Jamaica is not the place to shop.
