lindan1020 Posted August 12, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 12, 2011 I never paid much attention to the Player's Club before even though in the past I've spent quite a bit of time in the casino. I have been reading some of the threads and people have said they go back 24 months to see if you qualify for anything....so I called and was told they were just basing it on the last cruise I did. Since I spent more time on the tables and not so much slot time I was told I didn't qualify for anything. So...my question is...was he really supposed to look at the last 24 months or just the most recent cruise?
LovableGluttons Posted August 12, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 12, 2011 If you mainly play table games, you need to ask a casino host to rate your play, they will look at your Sail and Sign card for this. The Player's Club can go back 24 months to check but if you did not have your table play rated, they won't find anything. The slots track whe you insert your card, but table play is different.
