I did try the site but had no luck. I also called, but customer service did not know.

Formal nights on a 12 night are usually the second evening of the cruise, the evening before the last night of the cruise, and whatever works out in the middle depending on the ports.

HHHHHEEEEELLLLLLLLLLOOOOO maria1122:The formal nights usually are the second night of the cruise. The day after you board. That is the Captain's Welcome Aboard Party. The night before the last day is usually the Captain's Farewell Party. There will be a third formal night, however, that one could be switched around. Hope this helps.
