dingoboy Posted August 17, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 17, 2011 Hi all, Don't hold out much hope for this one. Just about to book this cruise, 25 nights San Diego to Sydney with my partner of 15 years. We are 41 and 47. Realise that HAL attracts an older crowd but we simply love the seas days and have family in Hawaii. Hopefully some of dorothy's friends are onboard. But I won't hold my breath. If you've not not booked, you really should consider joining us. Great deals going from $1100 per person which is insane. Come join the party! And being under 50 on a HAL I think we get to go to the kids club. Any info, suggestions, reflections on HAL please drop us a line. James and Jack. Melbourne Australia. Jerry & Kirk Posted August 22, 2011 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2011 Hi James and Jack, Don't know where you found this great price (we couldn't find it) but would like to know. Would you please email us and give us some details? We have sailed similar itineraries 3 times and would consider doing it again. Yes, HAL attracts an older group, but we're comfortable with that since we are older too. Keep in mind that any long cruise rarely attracts younger folks because they don't usually have the time or $$$. Services aboard ship are excellent and you can't complain about the food, entertainment, etc. J & K Email: cruznut@sbcglobal.net
