Mariner 12/4/11 - Grand Turk excursions vs sailing time

Wanted to ask…has anyone else noticed that the ship is scheduled to leave Grand Turk at 2pm but that 7 out of the 11 excursions, most booked with waiting lists, return to the ship an hour or more after 2pm? I called Regent last week and the rep I spoke with seemed genuinely confused. She said maybe the tours or the sailing time had just been uploaded from a previous cruise and she would email someone else to ask, and either call or email me when she had an answer. So far I’ve heard nothing, which I understand from the boards is about rightJ Anyone had this happen before?

I wouldn't worry about it. You will no doubt find that when you board and look at your excursions tickets that the starting times have been adjusted so they work.

Glad you posted this... Nice to know I'm not the only one confused by this. I wasn't too worried, but it definitely is confusing...

Received a call today from Regent letting me know that the excursions for Grand Turk have all been updated with correct times. I checked my online account and sure enough, the ones affected have been changed. For those of us who sometimes overplan (I'm referring to myself), it's nice to know. I also really appreciate the phone call, just as promised.
