Auto Progreso contact question

I emailed Auto Progreso two days ago and have not yet gotten a response. Last time I got a response within a few hours. Has anyone used them recently? Thanks!

 

 

We used them Monday the 15th of August and were very happy with their services. They were waiting with information when we got off the ship and we paid/booked right there.

Thanks so much for the positive feedback! After sending another request I did get a response. I imagine the first one was either lost or went to junk mail.

Could you please tell me what time they met you off the ship and what time the tour left? They said 8:00 in one email and 9:30 in another. Of course I am now thoroughly confused :)
