RCI "Explorer of the Seas" SCUBA opportunities?

Although the full Excursions program is not yet official, the already-104-page PDF available online lists only *one* oppportunity -- St. Maarten -- to SCUBA with (rented) equipment. Is this right? :eek:

 

It's most frustrating given that St. Maarten has a few other interesting trips, and some of the other ports (namely, Haiti & PR) don't have anything that appeal to us.

 

If there truly are *no* other RCI-arranged opportunities, which ports would be the best to arrange independetly (with the usual warnings about returning to the ship on time!)? :confused: Looking for a good combination of reliable operators and interesting dive sites.
