Port Canaveral Shuttle Transfer Question

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a question about transfers from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral? I contacted, via the web, CB Shuttle about transfers from MCO to Port Canaveral last Tuesday. The web site said that it would take 24-48 hours for someone to call me to confirm my transfer. I haven't heard from them in 4 days. Is this normal? Or should I just pick another company for my transfer?

Just got off the phone with Travelynx, another shuttle company, and booked for $50 for the two of us from MCO to Country Inn in Cape Canaveral. I understand a lot of people have used them successfully. I think their web site is the name and dot net.
