Main Dining Menus for Solstice Western Caribean in February

We are looking for the menus and days of the week they are served, so we can decide when to book the speciality restaurants on the ship.

The menus throughout the Celebrity Cruises fleet is consistent and most often always (read: usually) follows the pattern of Menu A on Day 1, Menu 2 on Day 2, Menu C on Day 3 etc. although some have indicated that they do switch it up on rare occasion.
