Which ports to dive in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe

I've booked a cruise from Singapore to Dover that stops in ports that are mostly unfamiliar to me. Before I take the easy way out and book the ship's excursions, none of which offer diving, can anyone tell me which of these ports have good diving? Any information would be helpful.

Kuala Lumpur (Port Kelang), Malaysia

Penang, Malaysia

Male, Maldives

Mumbai (formerly Bombay), India

Muscat (Mina Qaboos), Oman

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Port Louis, Mauritius (I know this one does, but I could use more info)

Pointe des Galets, Reunion Island

Durban, South Africa

East London, South Africa

Cape Town, South Africa (I don't want to dive with the Great Whites)

Luderitz, Namibia

Walvis Bay, Namibia

Cotonou, Benin

Lome, Togo

Tema, Ghana

Dakar, Senegal

Mindelo, Cape Verde Islands

Canary Islands (Tenerife)

Casablanca (Marrakech), Morocco

Seville (Cadiz), Spain

Lisbon, Portugal

Paris/Normandy (Le Havre), France

London (Dover), England
