What is the earliest time you ever boarded the Splendor?

We upgraded to a suite and now have VIP boarding. I want to make sure I arrive early enough to actually make use of one of the very few perks of the suite. What time do you think is a safe time to arrive to ensure early boarding?

We have gotten there about 10:00, done the early check-in (regular and VIP) and on the ship by noon, but also have been delayed by extra immigration checks on the debarking passengers. We have been on the Paradise earlier, only because it's a smaller ship with fewer passengers.
