Oasis H/C room - self opening doors?

Oasis of the Seas -

 

Does anyone know if the door to your cabin automatically opens when you use your sea pass card to gain access to your room or do you have to manually open them as you would with any other cabin door?

 

Also do h/c rooms have sliding doors to the balcony or is a a standard type door like the on to get into your cabin?

We had a boardwalk balcony HC cabin on Oasis and a Central Park HC cabin on Allure. Neither had the power opening cabin door :( and both had sliding glass doors to the balcony.

Only the Brilliance class. They are great and I don't understand why they stopped. Pleases put it on your comment card. I know they read them and it may convince them to make the change. I think they are great. The doors are HEAVY.

I had an HC ocean view balcony cabin and it did not have auto doors.

Radiance class also has automatic doors on HC cabins. Had it on the Jewel of the seas just last september.

All the side balconies are sliding doors....only a few ship's aft cabins have the regular "hinged" doors...and none are HC cabins.

I guess I am really surprised that on a ship as new as Oasis that they did not make these doors self opening!
