Has anyone dived at Nachi Cocom? I'm getting my certification just for this trip and want a good dive experience. I also wanted to check out Nachi Cocom as a possible wedding venue for next year. Am I asking too much by wanting to combine both experiences?

All the good diving off Cozumel is drift diving. You'll want to go out with a reputable dive shop to get the best experience, especially if you're a new diver.

Nachi has a nice, clean, sandy beach - you will see nothing while diving there. As suggested above, you'll have a much better diving experience going with one of the specialty tour operators. Good luck! :)

OP: Nachi does have snorkel and one and two tank dive trips out to Palancar Reef. Last time I was there I saw their boats come and go several times. Check out their web site for information.
