Cozumel beach question

Hi!

We were there in November, and loved it. It ended up being a very fun relaxing day. The food (and drinks) were very good! :D We would do it again and probably will the next time we find ourselves in Cozumel.

They greet you when you are dropped off and have a welcome pic taken. Then you are escorted to the register to pay. :p After you pay, they escort you to a palapa with lounge chairs and a table. There is a pool and roving waiters. We actually decided to eat lunch under their covered area.

Its usually quiet, peaceful & beautiful. Not really good for children, more adult oriented, but not wild. There's a pool that no one really uses, palapa's, the food is pretty good & the price is reasonable. The cab fare is a bit steep at $15 each way.

The alcoholic drinks are okay..not great, but they don't skimp on alcohol. I guess they just melt to quickly. If you have room, bring an insulated mug & that will improve the quality of the mixed drinks!

It's limited to a certain amount (100-ish) of people per day & reservations are required. We usually reserve through island marketing. You can't just show up & expect to get in.

We go every trip to Cozumel. It's especially awesome when there are lots of cruise ships in port. Feels like a private oasis away from the masses.
