Maeshel Posted August 29, 2011 #1 Share Posted August 29, 2011 We are planning a cruise for March, Ports of Call are Grand Caymen and Cozumel. I was reading on RCLs sight that the items in Cozumel are marked as $s put it is really pesos. My wife is very frugal and will not comprehend the exchange rate. In Cozumel I plan to do some fishing leaving her and her sister to do shopping. If I could give her a wad of US$ to exchange it maybe helpful to her when she sees a high $ tag on an item. Of course I will have to explain to her that the $ price is really pesos. When she exchangers the $s and gets alot of pesos she may understand. Besides, I would like to bring back a few Caymen $s and pesos as a souvenir.

I never had the need to exchange currency.
