Equinox show times

Funny question but what time do the "shows" on Equinox start? Is it the same as Princess and RCL where there are two shows per night depending on dinner seating time? With anytime dining, does one have to prebook the table or do you just pitch up and hope for the best? Lastly, what would you recommend as a good time for dinner (to be able to see the shows and enjoy dinner without rushing)?

The show times vary and change again based on the Itinerary. Early (main) seating guests will see some shoes at about 8:30PM (after dinner) and Second seating guests see the shows at about 10:45PM (after dinner). Occasionally, and usually with the big production numbers, second seating guests will see the show at about 7:00PM.
