They have 2 main Systems: a 9-day and a 30-day, although you can chose to modify them if you want (if you only had a week lets say or you wanted to do 14 days instead, etc). Both are considered "Cleanse and Fat Burn" programs. I did the 30 day and lost 17 pounds. Lowered my BP, tons of energy, still worked out and ran/played hockey and slept like a baby at night!
