What is the Chef's Dinner?

Monkeys On Board

Recommended Posts

We participated in the Chef's Dinner on the Triumph in April and it was wonderful. I am somewhat frugal and I have to say that I thought it was worth the $75pp. Seeing the galley, the champagne, wine, outstanding food and the personal attention we received from the Chef as well as his staff... was a night to remember. We had many courses, and they included Sea Bass, Filet Mignon, Choc Melting Cake (that I made earlier in the galley!). We were each given an 8x10 picture of the group, a book, and a scroll of the menu as a momento.

I thought I heard the menu may be changing and I saw what may be the new menu. If true, it did not appeal to me as much as what we were offered in April.
