essrule Posted September 2, 2011 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2011 I am looking for some help. I was looking at the excursions available for our upcoming RCCL FOS trip and was interested in going to Stingray City. The cost from the ship is around $70pp and I found a similar tour with Island Marketing that costs $39pp. Has anyone ever used this company? I noticed that they even have a guarentee if you cruise ship doesn't make it to port they will give you a full refund. Thanks!
WackyWayne Posted September 2, 2011 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2011 I have booked other excursions at other ports with Island Marketing. They are just a booking agent (ie middleman), they do not run the tours. They have a pretty strict refund policy, but I have never needed to use it. They seem to be a fairly reputable, established booking company. I have no qualms about using them again, in fact they are the agent for 2 of our excursions in 2 weeks, including Stingray City Waverunners. http://www.grandcaymancruiseexcursions.com/StingrayCityWaveRunner.htm
clip1957 Posted September 6, 2011 #3 Share Posted September 6, 2011 I've heard that Moby Dick is a good tour company. I'm checking it out for us. The ship tour is way overpriced.
Grandpaul Posted September 6, 2011 #4 Share Posted September 6, 2011 I've used Capt. Marvins tours. They've done this for 50 years now. I'm using them again in November. Stingray City is great.
