Dressed up characters on board

We had our 9-yr. old granddaughter on the Caribbean Princess several years ago. They showed Wizard of Oz on Muts one evening, and someone dressed as Dorothy came around with her basket (and a stuffed Toto) and handed out snacks. Since no one has mentioned it, they may not do it anymore. It was cute and definitely not frightening.

 

OMG, I would have totally done this - was it while the ship was in Oz?

 

Last month in Alaska there was quite a bit of "wildlife" getting off of the ship. moose, eagles, crazy fishermen, etc. DH accidentally grabbed the saloon girl's rear when she caught us by surprise while leaving the dining room one night:eek:

We encountered this Dorothy with her dog but also in her basket were two bottles of chilled champagne. When we ask about the content she said she was on her way to the FOD gathering.
