This is our second O cruise, and both times I have called once for information and both times the reps sounded like I was interupting something important they were doing at the time. carlo7 Posted September 8, 2011 #3 Share Posted September 8, 2011 I booked my cruise with an OC rep named Sacha (ext 2205). I have called 3 times since then and have been treated very well. Last time I felt a little guilty for taking so much time with her, but she seemed more than wiling to keep chatting. I feel badly for the posters that seem to be receiving less than impeccable service from the OC reps. If I felt they did not want my money I would cancel and find another line that does.
