Casino on SoCal to Hawaii round trip

Hello,

We're sailing r/t out of San Diego on Celebrity Century in 2012. Can someone tell me if and when the casino will open? Will it be open while sailing transpacific and then closed while sailing within the islands?

Please forgive me if this has been discussed ad nauseum. I tried doing a search, but didn't find the answer.

I appreciate any help you can give me on this.

Gambling is strictly prohibited in Hawaiian waters. The casinos are usually open until the ships reach Hawaiian waters and then remain closed while you are in Hawaii. There is also no bingo or instant prize cards allowed while in Hawaiian waters.

The Pride of America, for example, does not even have a casino as a result of this rule.
