What time for Speciality Dining Reservations

We will be sailing on the Equinox next July for Eastern Mediterranean Cruise. What is the best time to make dinner reservations so that we can have a relaxed dinner and still make the late show?

Most nights the late show is at 9PM and timed to for the the main (early) traditional dining patrons to watch after their dinner is over.

 

On most formal nights, and occasionally on some other nights, the show timed for the late traditional dining is after dinner in which case it will start around 10:45 or 11PM. On other nights the show for the late traditional diners is scheduled earlier in the evening to finish before the late diner seating.
