Ship time and local time in Aruba

Hello,

Our ship will be in Aruba from 2pm to 11pm. What would local time be?

I am trying to find a tour, but from reading these forum, most tour start at 9am. Any island tour start after 2pm?

Aruba is on Atlantic Standard Time. One hour ahead of Eastern Standard time. Aruba does not observe daylight savings time so until November 6th, Aruba will have the same time as any east coast US port. So if your cruise line keeps time by homeport time, and you're in Aruba before 11-6-11, island and ship tme will be the same. Between 11-6-2011 and 3-11-2012. Aruba will be one hour ahead of US.

I would not worry about excursions starting before you get there. These folks are very savvy about adjusting their times to ship times. Find a tour you'd like to do and find their website, email them and ask.
