The last cruise when we were to dock there and all the other ships were already docked, the captain just turned around are we spent the day at sea. I wonder if this will happen again? Was your last time after they had hurricane damage? We had to tender on one of our visits because they didn't have enough dock space. I'm thinking it was 3 years ago.
