Tour de Cycle

Hey there! Can anyone tell us about the Tour de Cycle program on the solstice class ships? My husband and I are into spin and RPM. We were wondering if anyone had access to the times for the fitness classes and if they use clips/locks for the pedals, or do they use regular pedal cages. Any info on the Fitness programs, as well as the other day to day activities would be great!

I saw that and was curious also. I take a few spin classes a week and would love to do this when I sail in April.

 

I've never been on Celebrity before so I have no idea on the equipment they have.

I've taken spin classes on the Mercury & the Summit. Both had LeMond spin bikes with toe clips (cages).
