A couple of weeks ago I emailed the CEO of Princess Andrew Buckelew regarding the possibility of having the drinking age on the Diamond Princess lowered to 18 while it was sailing in our waters.

 

Royal Carribean do it, So why can't Princess?

 

I received a phone call today from Princess saying that basicaaly that this won't happen atm, but the man I spoke to said that if Princess did receive lots of inquirys about this issue, then it may be something they could look into changing. No promises but who knows it could happen.

I know that if you don't have an 18-20yo it's not a big deal, but if you do maybe you could also send an email about this. If Princess receive enough people asking for the change they may well consider it.

 

Regardless of the outcome, we will enjoy our cruise and it is nice to know that Princess doesn't just delete customers emails and that they at least took the time to call.:)
