Allure show booking question

I thought I had read that if you are a suite passenger, you can utilize the Concierge lounge to assist with show and spa bookings. Despite trying to change Oceanaria reservation online and obtain comedy show reservations online, we have not had any success. Therefore, I'm wondering if it is best to try to concierge lounge once onboard or head to the general area that they have setup for a few hours to sign up for reservations.
