jerday Posted October 2, 2011 #1 Share Posted October 2, 2011 My family and I, party of 75+, will be sailing on the Carnival Splendor on December 4th as a early Christmas get together. Wondering if any of you have sailed at this time of the year? Just wondering if there are any special Christmas activites, decorations, shows etc? Would love to hear your feed back. Thanks!:D
Jenbo57 Posted October 2, 2011 #2 Share Posted October 2, 2011 Wow, that's a big group! We're also on that sailing; join our roll call! The ship will be decorated: trees, garlands, lights, etc. Not overdone by any means, but you will definitely know it's the holiday season! :) When we were on the Splendor the same time of year in '09 the chefs had created a really neat Christmas village out of gingerbread, marzipan, etc. that was on display, too; I hope they do that again this year.
